그런데 아예 대기열 문제 때문에 겜을 할 수 조차 없네요?
다른 사람이 만든 방에는 들어갈 수 있다지만, 그러면 ACT 진행이 안되니 게임을 진행할 수가 없잖아요? 이게 절대 다수를 차지하는 MACRO유저들 때문이라면, 이것을 관리하는 것도 운영사의 몫이 아닐까요?
물론 블리자드 코리아가 아무런 권한 없음은 이해합니다. 그렇다면 본사에 본 이슈를 상정해서 해결해줄 것을 요청해주기 바랍니다.
Dear Blizzard or To whom may it concern,
It’s very sad and upset to write down this post merely after a few minutes to buy your games, Diablo II and its Expansion. Though I have never played this game (again, I just purchased them and you can see that from my record for sure), I cannot create a new room for playing due to the ridiculous waiting time. You may know that if I cannot create a new room, I cannot proceed to the next ACTs because I cannot newly clear my own quests.
I used to enjoy the game very much when I was younger and believe that this game means a lot to the current success of Blizzard just like Warcraft series.
I also believe that this issue can be easily fixed without enlarging the capacity of game server by getting rid of those scumbags who run macro programs. Isn’t it your responsibility to maintain the infra for those who love and purchase your products and services?
Otherwise, I may have to find another way to contact the HQ in the US and file a suit because you guys are wasting our time and money.
