Currently, there are two known issues with the Asian server. First, for the past 8 weeks, every time we enter the Challenge Rift, we encounter a Demon Hunter wearing the Shadow set. Second, since the end of August until now, end of September, the leaderboard has not been updated. Although the Challenge Rift on the European servers is functioning normally, the leaderboard there also hasn’t been updated. Players have reported these bugs in “bug report”, but there has been no improvement and no constructive response from the official team.
Therefore, players have to depend on ourselves.
Here is the solution:
Battle.net program - Diablo 3 - Click the gear icon next to ‘Start Game’ - Game Settings
- Check ‘Additional command line arguments’ - Enter the following in the blank space:
-launch OnlineService.Matchmaking.ServerPool=Default
Scroll down to the bottom of the Battle.net program and click ‘Done.’
This method is also effective for updating personal records and leaderboards in the EU server.
