Hello,

I am experiencing severe matchmaking issues on my Overwatch account.

  • Quick Play and Competitive queues both exceed 50 minutes

  • The issue occurs on all regions

  • Other accounts can play normally on the same PC/network

  • Group queue does not work

  • Solo queue is possible, but matchmaking is still extremely abnormal

Since other accounts work normally, this appears to be account-specific rather than a network or server issue.

Although the account restriction page shows “no active penalties,” I would like to know whether there is any hidden matchmaking restriction, low-priority queue, automated review status, or account-based matchmaking limitation currently applied.

If the account is under automated review or a temporary matchmaking restriction, please let me know whether there is an estimated resolution time or any further steps I should take.
